In the historic restaurant building by the Solliden Stage, Verandan opens its doors—a new restaurant in a storied setting where people have gathered for generations. Following an extensive renovation, the building is being brought back to life with Ida Bauhn, winner of Swedish Chef of the Year 2025, at the helm. Here, she serves her interpretation of a generous Swedish brunch, inspired by nature, the seasons and ingredients sourced from forests, fields and waters.
