Gubbhyllan is a restaurant on Djurgården, Skansen that delivers artisanal food in the form of homemade sausages, homemade pickles and ice cream. They bake and cook jam. Doughnuts are baked according to old tradition and even their own coffee is roasted here. In short, everything is cooked from scratch.

In addition to their unique restaurant concept, they also have Djurgården’s largest selection of artisanal wines. For those who prefer non-alcoholic drinks, there is also a juice bar.
