During four Wednesdays, starting on August 10th, the eminent Nils Landgren will host the series, accompanied by the well known basist Hans Backenroth, conductor of the house band.
The last 60 years, many world class musicians have entered the stage at Skansen, such as Arne Domnérus, Bengt Hallberg, Kjell Öhman, Lisa Nilsson and Svante Thuresson. In 2022 it is handed over to Nils Landgren.
During the four concerts you will be able to enjoy musicians such as saxophonist Scott Hamilton, pianist Jan Lundgren and drummer Kristian Leth.
Other guests are jazz singers Hannah Svensson, Ellen Andersson, Viktoria Tolstoy, Ida Sandlund and Danish Veronica Mortensen as well as trombonists Karin Hammar och Ebba Åsman accompanied by the house band with Leo Lindberg by the piano, Jocke Ekberg on drums and conductor Hans Backenroth on contrabass. Contributing each night is also Nils Landgren on trombone and singing.
